Implement unity check of capacity for aluminum members according EN 1999-1-1

It should work similarly to code checking steel members according to EN 1993-1-1. It would benefit everyone designing aluminum structures due to highly corrosive environments and/or weight restrictions.

Stress Ratio Results for Multiple Load Cases

Show code check results for more than just the worst case. Should be able to see what the next worst, and next worse after that and so on. It's been over 10 years since I used it but I believe SACS does this. If so, could take a look at it.
