Ability to Revert to Old Report Format within Staad

Update ASCE7 to the latest version 7-22

Currently, ASCE7-22 is not available in STAAD. Pro. Wind and Seismic load generation with this code is required for our project execution.

Helps in assessing the actual slenderness ratio of each member.Also, such table can be used to upgrade to next size for better load carrying capacity.
