OpenSTAAD GetSupportInformation is pulling incorrect information

So OpenSTAAD routine GetSupportInformation for "fixed but" supports outputs for varReleaseSpec the released directions as 1, while the other cases (Pinned for example) outputs the fixed directions as 1. Documentation suggests that it should always be 1 for releases. Documentation should be updated or the routine adjusted.
