Implement code check according to 1999-1-1 (Eurocode Aluminium)

There is no aluminium code check for european users. Also the only aluminium code available is the American standard Aluminium design manual 1994 edition, which is outdated. Code check equivalent to EC1993-1-1 would have been highly appreciated.

    Thank you for posting this idea. There is indeed interest from designers to use STAAD.Pro to design structural modals constructed from aluminium and designed to various published codes. You should notice that this has already been posted as an idea and thus we will combine the requests.
