Warnings of Design Failures

When an analysis and steel design is performed, the output file (*.ANL) will report the maximum utilization for each member. Where those exceed the given RATIO that will be indicated with a FAIL status. However the analysis dialog shows the count of errors, warnings and notes. It does not include design failures.
The idea is to enhance the analysis message box with the count of design failures in the analysis dialog by adding them to the warnings. Also they would become clickable links in the Output Viewer for more rapid reviewing.
