Provide wind generation on Fireproof Members

STAAD does not consider the additional width of the fireproofed members; producing underestimated wind generated loads for open structures like piperacks. Please include this feature as this would make several of my colleagues happy.

Don't switch views when picking different tab

Often when clicking on a different tab, say going from "Geometry" to "Properties" for example, STAAD will change the view in the graphics window. Please, please, please do not change the view when switching between tabs.
