User Report saved to be reused with other structures

Once a Report has been created with its respective input and output items, it would be excellent if there were the possibility of a Staad Report configuration can be saved to a file and reused in the results of other structures

I am pleased to share that the next major release of STAAD.Pro will include a reworking of the User Report technology which will provide this facility.

It is possible to save/load a setup which is designed to work with the data including objects, loads, pictures and other settings associated with the current model. This has meaning with the current model. However, when used with a different model, items such as the selected load cases and pictures would generally have no meaning. Therefore what really has value in a report between two models? The items and what else? If however you do want to use the report from a model, then copy two files filename_source.REI_SPRO_Auxilary_Data and filename_source.REI_Saved_Picture from the reference model folder and save in the target folder as filename_target.REI_SPRO_Auxilary_Data and filename_target.REI_Saved_Picture, although you may get messages about the data that is missing in the filename_target model.

In short however, this is a feature that can be added to the backlog.
