Report for pictures of the structure.

Staad should have one option which helps to create a report of node labels ( tier/levewise) for whole structure. Also a report of beam labels ( tier / levelwise) for the whole structure. Also report of section property ( tier/levelwise) for whole structure. Which will help users to create calculation report easily for a structure.

    It is currently possible to create a view of whatever part of the model you wish by selecting the beams and clicking 'create New View'. You can display the node and beam labels to suit your view and then take a picture. You can create and include as many pictures in the user report as you want. Remember that a STAAD model is free to be almost anything with nodes anywhere in the model and so determining what might be floors and sections is really an engineers decision, hence you ability to create views with whatever objects you want.
