    Thank you for posting this idea. Some shapes currently only have one option, hence their specification is ST. In future additional options may be added, but for now only having one option means that that one option is shown and will be added to the input file. Therefore there is no need to have the drop list enabled. It is there to show that the specification ST will be assigned.
