Shape Editor. Allow some properties to be modified before exporting to UPT

This idea is submitted on behalf of Jose Castañeda from Integra Construcciones Metalicas

The Shape Editor will automatically fill AY and AZ zero values that can later trigger errors in STAAD.Pro. If these are up to the user to determine, it would be reasonable to allow these values to be edited before exporting the section to a UPT file.

The same can be said about B, D, TB, and TD, where the values estimated by the program may not be appropriate.
