Reports Workflow. Improve table formatting

This Idea is submitted on behalf of Adane Teferi, from HDR.

The table formatting for some tables is a bit too crowded to be readable. Headers and cells' contents alike are sometimes spilled over multiple rows without a definite pattern.

Also, note that the table preview in the Customization menu differs from the tables' final representation in the report.

It would be nice to have a similar format to what was available in CONNECT Edition.
