    Thank you for posting this idea. I assume you are referring to the definitions given in Republique Algeriienne Democratique st Populaire Ministere de l'Habitat, de l'Urbanisme et de la Ville. Document Techniue Reglementaire D.T.R - B.C. 2.48 Regles Parasismiques Algeriennes RPA 2024. Without tranlting the publication into English, can you confirm the sections which define the requirements for defining the base shear using the equivalent static method and the spectrum prffile for an elsatic dynamic analysis.
