Thank you for adding this suggestion. It is correct that the Russian steel design does not directly include serviceability checks which are considered separately from the strength checks. However, The serviceability checks can be performed by creating a separate design parameter block and specify a code such as AISC, IS800 or EN1993. At this time there is no plans to extend the Russian steel design code.
