SET NOTE OFF and SET WARNING OFF

i noticed that, despite setting the NOTE and WARNING to OFF, still NOTE regarding Floor Diaphragms for Wind Loads and WARNINGS for Disjointed structures are still observed. Not to mention that even the COMMAND itself is ERROR LISTed.

Hope the expected outcome for those commands can be properly addressed in the following releases.
