Add steel fireproofing specification to STAAD.pro Physical Modeler.

Currently, the only way to use STAAD.pro fireproofing specification is thru the Analytical Modeler. If you have a physical model, you have to break the connection and then edit the Input file to remove the "DO NOT EDIT" restrictions so that you can utilize the specifications ribbon options in the physical modeler. This makes it impossible to maintain the Physical Model.
