Option/Command required to view failed RCC members.

I believe there is no option or command to directly view RC members that have failed, similar to that of "Utility" option available for checking failure of steel members. Failure of RC members must be manually checked from the "Analysis Output" option. This is a cumbersome process. Also, it has been observed that sometimes when the RC member is confirmed to have failed the design (through the above-mentioned process), there are no errors/warnings/notes mentioning this. Kindly address this.
