I am sorry to hear that you have not found the new User Report tool a far superior offering over the earlier User Reports. The one example you show is suggesting that you have a a black background on the model. I would expect that to be the case if you have configured the application to use a black background. The normal configuration is with a white background. When a picture is taken with the chosen background, that is the picture you get in the report. If that is not the case with you, then please contact the support team to have them investigate why your system is behaving oddly.
