    Thank you for posting this idea. However, this needs more details. Are you referring to the User Report from the Reports workflow which can be exported in PDF, Word (docx) or Excel (xlsx) formats? Are you asking to have a straight TXT export of the user report or something different? What is the benefit this offers. Note that if you want the report in txt format you can simply take the PDF file and save that as TXT for example in Adobe Acrobat.
