Add fire calculation in staad.pro

according to GB 51249-2017, steel structure needs to do the fire calculation and corresponding design. There are more and more security reviews about fire calculation, therefore it's necessary to add these content in staad.pro.

    Thank you for posting this idea. I appreciate that a requirement from many governing bodies, it is required to provide some form of fire accountancy. Although that is not really what the purpose of STAAD.Pro, which is to determine the behaviour of a model under loading, the fact is it could be that the model defined for the loading analysis could be used for fire assessment. Can you provide what assessment is required for a fire assessment to the GB51249 code? and how you would see that provided?
