Use Center of the Structure as rotation Center

The Orientation Settings window provides the option "Use the center of the structure as the rotation center".


However, when i perform the "Display Whole Structure" function, the rotation center is reset to 0,0,0.


This happens when the Orientation window is not active.


If the Orientation window is open, the option "Use the center of the structure as the rotation center" is not turned off.


This unintended initialization of the rotation center is very inconvenient when using real coordinates.


We would appreciate it if you could either make "Use center of structure as rotation center" the default option, or fix it so that it is not unintentionally turned off.
