Automatic Plate Meshing

Set parameters and have the program create a plate mesh automatically for finite element analysis.

    please refer to the manual section TR.14 Plate Mesh Generation which links to the two methods available in the Analytical Workflow.     Could you please link to a description that explains the process? I was only aware of clicking the 4 corners of a rectangle, defining the divisions, and repeating for every surface.

    Thank you for posting this idea. However, I think you might have missed that this is already provided. If you define the extent of the surface as a parametric model in the Analytical Model workflow or better still create the model in the Physical Model workflow, then this is done for you.
