Thank you for posting this idea. Can you add some details to the idea. Which publication are you referring to? Is it IS:8147:1976? What sections of the publication are you thinking would be covered? Are there any conditions that you think would be mandatory to include and which would you consider optional? The details like this will ensure that any design would meet the requirements.
