OpenSTAAD - Insert/Edit Text

There is a method in STAAD.Pro Utilities ribbon to allow the engineer to add text to graphic windows. This text can be formatted with a font, style, size, effect and script.

Separately there is a selection method to allow the cursor to be set to a text selection mode that allows the text to be moved/ text edited (by double clicking) or being deleted by pressing the delete key.

The idea is that OpenSTAAD be extended to provide these capabilities
