Thank you for posting this idea. Have you make use of the Beam Reference Point?
I imagine you might have a node or define the point at the centre of your sweep as the origin, then if this is assigned to the member which you sweep with the Circular Repeat, then each generated member will also use this point to define the local axis Z. Here is an example where the highlighted member has been rotated about the origin and has node 1 as the reference point which is also applied to the 4 generated members:-
