Add plastic moduli

Please add the plastic moduli when displaying the member properties. This includes in the detailed code check, the property tab when you double-click a member, the PRINT MEMBER PROPERTIES command and the section properties table in the GUI (did I forget any?). Right now we just have to take it on faith that it is using the values from the section database.

But this doesn't appear when using AISC 360-10 (or probably about any other code). Believe it or not, we have clients all the time that want us to use 360-10. Even if I'm using 360-16 it would be nice not to have to enter TRACK 2 and then run the analysis just to see the properties.

If the motivation of this is to confirm the values used in the design, then they are reported provided the TRACK 2 output is specified, e.g. from an AISC 360-16 design:-

SECTION PROPERTIES (LOC: 0.00, PROPERTIES UNIT: IN )

Ag : 2.180E+01 Axx : 1.586E+01 Ayy : 6.390E+00

Ixx : 7.950E+02 Iyy : 1.340E+02 J : 3.870E+00

Sxx+: 1.120E+02 Sxx-: 1.120E+02 Zxx : 1.260E+02

Syy+: 2.653E+01 Syy-: 2.653E+01 Zyy : 4.050E+01
