Staad Pro Structure Wizard (StWizard) - Pan & Zoom

For the Structure Wizard in the Analytical workflow:-

  1. Mouse Zoom behavior could be aligned with that of the STAAD interface (in STAAD - scroll up is zoom-in and scroll down is zoom-out)

  2. Pan by mouse could be advantageous, so is exiting the PAN mode by hitting the Esc key.

Thank you for posting your idea. The Structure Wizard tool was developed as a parallel tool to STAAD.Pro many years ago which is why a number of the controls seem somewhat at odds with the current UI. I am sure you are aware that we have more recently added the Physical Model Workflow with a Structure Wizard that is far more aligned with the current STAAD.Pro philosophy and graphical management. Also this has the great advantage of being script driven so that templates can developed by users to meet the specifics of their operations. With the growing demands and focus we have on STAAD.Pro this is not something we would be implementing. However, once again thank you and please continue to log ideas that would add value to the program for the ever growing STAAD community.
