    Thank you for posting these ideas. They should be posted as two separate ideas. And also there is a good argument to say that the seismic code itself could be considered as two different ideas, one for a static seismic method and one for a response spectrum method. The reason that the ideas be split up like this is so that the development team would focus on each of these as separate goals. Which one of the two ideas would you like this to focus on?
