Add ability to show "Color by Section" under Properties Tab

Under Properties in Analytical Modeling, one can currently only highlight assigned geometry for a single section at a time. A button could be added to the table that allows you to show all section properties in the current view by color, and then provide you with a reference table in the view that notes what section property is what color.

This is helpful for easily checking that all correct section properties are assigned and makes for a very nice graphic that can be input into a report.

An additional idea would be to be able to view the structure in 3D and also see each section in a different color.

Currently, RISA offers the basic feature of showing 2D sections by color. GTSTRUDL offers the ability to view both 2D sections by color AND 3D sections by color.
