Add tapered rectangular tube section

Extend the current tapered tube definition to allow for the specification and analysis of tapered rectangular tube profiles (i..e where the length of the two side dimensions differs). Currently STAAD.Pro supports the definition and analysis of tapered square tubes.

    Thank you for posting the idea. I have just changed the description a little so others can view and vote in support of the idea. Also can you clarify if the requirement must include for profiles where the thickness on the four sides could be different? Also is the expectation that the ratio of the two sides remains constant or can that differ, e.g. B(start)/D(start) = B(end)/D(end)?
