Add C-shaped steel and cold forming specifications in STAAD - No.1 Issue

We have a large number of new energy projects to design, when using STAAD as analysis and calculation software, can only simplify the processing, such as replace C-shaped steel with channel steel, replace cold forming specification with general steel specification, so we urgently need to add C-shaped steel and cold forming specifications in STAAD to meet the actual project design needs.

We hope Staad will include followings soon: Ordered by Priority.Please see the attachments for getting more detailed information including required standards and codes.

    Thank you for posting this idea. We are releasing an option in STAAD.Pro 2023 to allow user defined databases. We will be adding new shapes and cold formed shapes will be added in the future.
