Add "highlight assigned geometry" checkbox to the Loads window

Adding "highlight assigned geometry" checkbox to the Loads window would be a beneficial feature to see what members loads are applied to. It would also be more consistent with the other tabs: Properties, Specifications, etc.

    Thank you for posting this idea. It would make sense and be consistent with the other similar dialog boxes. However, it is worth bearing in mind that not all the items in the dialog are assigned to the structure such as the definitions and load envelopes. For load items that are assigned to the structure, it does make sense and as such will be added to the development backlog.,
