Highlight the beam when UDL selected

In load data page when you select any specific UDL or point load, then the UDL or point load associated beam and node shall be auto selected or highlighted. this will help to identify if load applied is at right location or not

In Staad Pro 23.00.02.361, the size of the local coordinate system arrow cannot be enlarged or reduced simultaneously with the model.
